TRISCELE ART FOOD is an agricultural pasta factory, producing artisanal dried pasta from a careful selection of our best durum wheat grown in Sicily.
Our wheat is produced without the use of herbicides, without GMOs, in complete respect for Nature and to improve the quality of the final product. The wheat is milled in cylinders.
Bronze-drawn, rough and porous, this type of pasta is capable of retaining all types of seasoning. The pasta, carefully placed on food-grade frames, is dried inside computerised cells at a low temperature, up to 36 hours, until a perfect state of drying is achieved.

The very high quality of Spirulina seaweed and our Sicilian durum wheat, carefully selected at harvest time, as well as the special processing cycle of this special ingredient, sulphite-free and absolutely natural, which does not undergo any organoleptic alteration during the drawing of the pasta, represent an added value to our final product. Additionally, the total traceability of raw materials makes all our products transparent and offers a guarantee to the customer. The final packaging of the product is always done manually. Cooking time: 6 minutes. Net Weight: 14,1 oz.
