This is a type of wholemeal artisanal pasta with unique nuances of aroma and flavour from a careful selection of ancient Sicilian wheat.
They are ground in a natural stone mill, slowly, in order to preserve all the precious nutritional elements of the wheat; the digestibility of our handmade pasta is high, and it is also very appreciated in children’s food.
The ancient Sicilian wheat contains a highly digestible gluten, which allows the intestine not to become irritated or tired during digestion, as it does not cause harmful glycemic peaks for the body, as the presence of even complex carbohydrates slows down the digestion of the starch. This element combines well with stone milling to produce semolina from ancient fibre-rich wheat of incredible quality.
Bronze-screened, rough and porous, this type of pasta is ideal for holding all types of sauces.

The final packaging of the product is done manually. Cooking time: 10 minutes. Net Weight:  14,1 oz.
