This is a type of handmade durum wheat wholemeal pasta with unique nuances of fragrance and flavour resulting from a careful selection of ancient Sicilian durum wheat.
The ancient Sicilian wheat is slowly milled on natural stone to preserve all the precious nutritional elements of the wheat; the digestibility of our handmade pasta is high and it is also very popular with children.
Ancient wheat contains a more easily digestible gluten, which means that the intestine does not become irritated or fatigued during digestion, as it does not cause harmful glycaemic peaks for the body, as the presence of even complex carbohydrates slows down the digestion of the starch. This element combines well with stone milling to produce ancient wheat semolina rich in fibre and of incredible quality.

Bronze-drawn, rough and porous, this type of pasta is best able to hold any type of sauce. It is dried slowly at a low temperature so as not to alter its nutritional values.
The final packaging of the product is always done manually. Cooking time: 10 minutes. Net Weight:  14,1 oz.
