Bronze-drawn, rough and porous, this type of pasta is capable of retaining any type of sauce. The pasta is carefully placed on food-grade frames and dried in computerised low-temperature cells.

The known benefits of this small root, which when combined with black pepper, greatly enhance its beneficial aspects, are very significant. Suggestions. It can be eaten with a drizzle of oil and sprinkling of Pecorino cheese, or with strong sauces. The spicy taste of black pepper goes well with strong sauces.
