Delicious tuna cream, prepared with the finest tuna and the world’s most famous citrus fruit, Sicilian oranges.

The TUNA is cooked in water and salt, rather than steam, so that its organoleptic qualities remain intact and most of its protein is not lost. After cooking, the product is cooled and a meticulous skinning and removal of the bones is carried out manually. The cleaned slices are then cut into fillets and subsequently processed with Sicilian oranges to create a classic sauce of Sicilian tradition, ready to be combined with the preferred pasta format.
